Future projects of the company include a complex developing program, like building of structures which will combine logs with other materials: plaster, stone or bricks.
 
We now produce and assemble log structures. Main duties of the customer include the foundation of the house, existence of a crane at the building site and covering of the roof. We may offer assistance in projecting your log house or cabin, if we receive your sketches, according to your ideas, planned budget and taste or preferences.
Assembling costs rise to about 10-12% of the house’s value and include positioning of electric wiring into the structure.
